Dear Stevens Creek Lexus Service,
Service here still need work. You do not receive status updates on your car. I called my service rep., the main service number, and left a text message. No response.
I did not receive text messages about my car until today, a day later and after I had picked up my car.
To add insult, there was a sheet of paper on my dashboard about your team washing and vacuuming the car. The car may have been lightly vacuumed, but in no way was it ever washed.
Just be up front with us, that the delay is due to the car wash being down. Maybe offer us a discount on future service or a free oil change...
I have been pleased with service in the past, but it seems to have gone downhill.

I waited 3hrs to receive a rental.

I waited another 30 minutes for my car to be pulled up to the side. After I had to go ask why my car had not been pulled up yet.
My car was also not washed.

Deep Sani was good. My dissatisfaction is with the extremly inefficient checkout process you now have af SC Lexis service. It took over 30 mins from the time I made the payment, to get my car. I could time this well using the time stamp on my cc pmt receipt to the time I drove off from your driveway. This was not an isolated issue as I saw many other customers waiting for their cars as well. I am vey upset about this. This wait was totally unnecessary as I was told the car is ready when I made the payment. Hope you would take steps to improve this aspect.
