In the process of replacing the CV axle boot the tire pressure indicator was not reconnected properly and shows a flat tire - the symbol blinks on starting the car and then stays on. I paid $700 plus dollars to get my car serviced and it is not properly done or checked for proper completion. I will have to bring the car back in to be fixed - what an inconvenience.

This is only for Marshall, I worked with Mike B and he gave amazing service and kept me updated the entire time. Marshall on the other hand, was supposed to cover for Mike for when Mike was out of town and I've actually never seen or talked to him. He never once met with me to ask me about why I brought my car in, he didn't check in with me, never updated me on the status of my car. When I did call in because I hadn't heard anything in 2 days he didn't answer his phone. He never followed up with me after the issue was fixed (it actually wasn't fixed) Mike followed up, he called me about the issue, told me when it was fixed and saw me at the dealership again and told me to contact him if I find any more complications with my car. Mike is awesome... I'm not sure if Marshall is a real person or not but he should consider paying more attention to his customers

I found there are some scratches in side the car near the front passenger airbag area after the service. I believe it was caused when your service guy checking the passages airbag issue.

James was great! He has a great attitude and was very customer-service oriented. The text notifications were extremely convenient. The service (air bag recall) took an hour and a half longer than the 5-hours I was told it would take, I would have appreciated an update about the extra time needed as I had scheduled my day around the service. James more than made up for that by really hustling to get my car and paperwork done super fast and I was able to make it to a 5 pm appointment only 3 minutes late, thank you James!!
