James Leung was and is reliable, pleasant, and evokes trust. However some of the other staff are a bit of a disappointment. My appointment today was timed so i could meet both James and Matt, as i have a key problem ---however Matt didn't come to work today! The receptionist who provided me my paper work was unfamiliar with the work done, forgot to give me the smog certificate and was not able to explain the components of the bill. Fortunately 2 more senior prople were listening to our conversation and jumped in with the correct information. Todd is always on top of all that is going on and can be counted on whenever there is any kind of problem. All in all i am happy with the service department, especially James and Todd.

The car was dropped off on a Wednesday and we did not hear anything until we called a few days later. As it turns out after seven days, the claim we thought that had been submitted to Penske was never submitted. We had to call Mike to find out what was going on and leave messages that took over 24 hours to be returned. I Feel like we could have had more communication and in a more timely manner. As a woman I did not feel my concerns were validated, so I asked my husband to step in, which was humiliating. We eventuality had our car towed to another mechanic to start the process over. We appreciated the loaner, however the week was a waste of time.

I was the first customer to drop off my car for regular maintenance at 9am. I went to pick up the car at 330pm and it was not completed and still waiting for wash. I waited for 1 hour to wash.after the car was was and ready, it was parked outside without calling me. I had to check multiple times at the front desk. The customer service was not up to Lexus standard.
