I was told my car would be ready around 4pm on Wednesday and that I would get a text telling me when it was ready. . However, I did not receive a call or text on Wednesday telling me if my car was ready. I called on Thursday and left a message asking for info. I received a text later telling me my car was ready. I don't know why my car needed to stay overnight for an airbag recall for which I had an appointment. Carlos was very pleasant and helpful otherwise.
