The person retrieving my car lost the keys and did not bother to notify me or anyone else, apparently, of what was happening. I waited 45 minutes there without any update. After 45 minutes, I waved down somebody to tell them that I was told the car was done and somebody would retrieve my car immediately. Only after my questions did anybody start actively looking for the key and car again. Seems like somebody just gave up looking for the keys and did not bother following up.
