I will always be asking for Paymon when I come back! He was incredible. Initially I was told he service would take about 2 hours and because he saw that I had my baby with me, he went to try and ask them to do it quicker, turns out I was there for less then an hour and a half! Love him!

Frank was very pleasant at our appointment. However, I am not completely satisfied with my experience due to the following reasons:
1. I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle because apparently I "didn't reserve one at the time of making the appointment." Well, I have been offered loaners in the past without having to ask for one. Also, the person who scheduled my appointment never asked if I wanted one.
2. With no loaner vehicles available, I was offered a shuttle with 20 minute wait time... it's not the best scenario but I was happy with the driver he was very courteous and polite.
3. Now come the worst part of this experience and what made this from an OK experience to a bad one. I was promised my car would be done by 3:30p. I needed to be home by 4pm for my young children so I thought 3:30p would give me just enough time to get home to relief my nanny. Come 3pm I finally hear from Frank via text saying most likely would be late. Then at 4p, the time I have to be home by, I finally get to talk to Frank and was told car is done and shuttle is on it's way and "if not already outside". I went outside my building and waited until almost 5pm for the shuttle to arrive. Then we were stuck in traffic for half an hour before arriving back at your office at 5:30p... Waited more for check out and out the door at 5:55p! I was home a couple hours late which cost me to pay my nanny extra.
So to sum it up, I think you could improve the service experience by either increasing the amount of loaners, setting the right expectations, or lower your pricing. For a $300 oil change plus 35k small service I definitely expected more.
