James is very pleasant and very efficient. After my 1 Lexus was service he got me in for the second one to be serviced after I developed a problem with it.

Service provided was nothing to rave about . There was no greetings, saying hi , or good morning from this person !! She was not professional! We asked a simple question : what does the 20 k service include ? She paused and took about 5 minutes to answer that question with annoyed attitude . I will make sure to never request her again for future services .
