The service consultant was courteous and helpful. My only concern was that I came in the service about 30 min earlier than the scheduled appointment time for a basic 5000 mile service but it still took about three hours! The car wash was sort of rushed and the maintenance sticker was nowhere to be found so I'd have to check the account service log to see when the next appointment mileage will be. Thanks.

My service writer was condescending and not helpful. The service was 2100 dollars and I inquired about any promotions or discounts. He responded there were none. But posted in the facility were fliers detailing a 10% discount with a 10 donation to the human society.
I have been going to SCL for 7 years. I miss my previous service writer who was honest and personable. Makes me think twice about where I service my car.
