Tony was excellent to work with and the work on my car was completed very timely. However when I went to pick up my car it took over 30 minutes for them to bring my car to me. I asked 4 separate people to see what was going on and no one could give me an answer. Finally when my car came it was parked very close to the exit and when worker handed me my key said they had lost my key. This was was a little ridiculous and maybe the pick up procedure needs to be refined.

I had to wait for 20 minutes before being greeted by a service advisor. 5 to 10 min is acceptable, but if made an appt & still had to wait more than 10 min then something is not right.

My car wasn't cleaned/car washed as stated upon pick up, I was notified to allow 45 min prior to pick up so that Lexus Service can clean & wash my IS250 , when I arrive to pick up my car it was dirty.!

Car was not as clean as it has been in the past, and pickup was really disorganized compared to before. The new system **** going to the drop off area to pick up. It was a mess and people waiting around not sure where their cars were with cars coming in and out the same place.
Why change the system? It was working before fine,
Very crowded in the morning too with a long wait for shuttle and not loaners.
