The cashier was satisfactory in processing my bill but she lacked personable interactive skills and customer service congeniality. I will allow for the fact that the service center was busier than I have ever experienced it, but personal matters and/or internal work place challenges should not interfere with or jeopardize pleasant employee customer service interactive communications, even if the exchange is brief; and especially in my case where I was the only customer waiting for service. No other customers were in line behind or near me.

The amount due was 200 more than I was originally quoted and I received no explanation as to why. They lost my key so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find it. When they brought my car out it wasn't washed but there was water splattered on the hood. I purachased all new tires and they didn't even clean of the grease they used to install the tires. On top of everything the tires weren't at all what I was expecting. In my conversation with James he said the tires would be low profile and similar in appearance to my previous set. The ones I got are clunky and hideous.

Really cool that they text, call and keep you up to date on top of wash car and fill with gas. Couldnt be a better experience with exception of charging 175 just for a diagnostic test. Had it been even 90 with application towards work I really woukd elect to have Lexus work on everything. 175 is just too much for just a diagnostic. Ouch. Otherwise exceptional and above and beyond.
