I had to call for status after more than 24 hours with no information. When I finally was told my car was done, I came in about an hour later and the car was just being washed and I had to sit around and wait for it. When it finally came out of being washed no one bothered to tell me. Very poor service.

I was disappointed about quality of service I received. I also experienced a communication failure. I was clearly told maximum time it would take to fix the car was three hours when appointment was made a week ago but then I was told to pick up the car next day when I arrived. I can understand circumstance can change but needs to be communicated ahead of time. Finally his manager was called and mitigated the situation by offering the loaner car but I'm not sure why he couldn't initiate that without escalation to his manager. Overall, I definitely felt James' lack of customer's perspectives and his attitude and handling customer situation Is not what I would expect from Lexus.

James is awesome. The only problem was it took 2 hours to get the car back because it was in wash for almost 2 hours and when ingot the car it was not clean with water marks everywhere. Please change this if you are doing a complementary service to wash the car. Do this with a passion and customers will be happy
