I don't like the new check in system. Waiting in your car for an advisor is something I do not like. What is the point of setting up a time to take your car in when you have to wait in your and it's like a first come first serve basis.

I dropped off my car 6:45am and the is not really to pick at 5 pm. It is more than 10 hours. It is only fixed the manufacturing recalls. The advisor and staff are not friendly. The customer services are very poor. You guys more training. The advisor is required more training . Just tell customer to wait and wait. The quality work are very. I promised myself not come back to place.

I have complained about dash board melting when sun hitting the dash board 2 years ago! It was not taken care of that time! Now I reported the same problem and Carlos told me that they have ordered new dash board! I am disappointed that it wasn't taken care 2 years ago when I reported! It gives me less confidence in buying another Lexus! Hope you guys fix this problem asap!
