The kid who washed the car should have removed all the floor and seat coverings and all the Lexus tags but otherwise the service was great. Josh was excellent.

Working with Sherwin is always a pleasant experience. My complaint is regarding the length of time it took to get my vehicle checked in and checked out. The process previously seemed seamless and now it is just a nightmare. There were cars coming and going in all different directions and the driveway was extremely backed up. I'm not sure what has changed but my experience this time was not too pleasant.
