What I didn't like was the fact my car ended up were I brought in my car.. my car ended up behind two parked cars and I couldn't get out. Whomever came up with this hair brain idea is a complete idiot. After wonderful service you get thrown into a mess of cars.... what happened to the wonderful way of going out the front door to your car. Is this a joke or a temporary situation. Up to now great service has been the Lexus Way.... please change it back. It is stupid now.
