Keeping left to exit service area after car pickup does not work when there is an in bound line of cars blocking the exit. Drivers can't pull forward, too many vehicles lined up in front, and they can't backup into cars behind. So we all wait. Not a big deal, but seemed silly. Maybe only happens at peak dropoff times for us early AM customers.
