Michael Babcock was great. Very thorough and personable. Although he did a good job my car was not fixed and I had to return the next day to have the part replaced that should've been replaced the first time I was there. This was definitely an inconvenience. They did fix it while I waited so I didn't have to get another loaner car and make another trip back.

Tony was great. I had a 1year maintenance scheduled. Part of which was checking tire pressure. Upon driving away one tire was 32 psi one was 34 psi one was 35 psi and one was 38 psi. Clearly not checked. What else wasn't completed? I have to assume everything else was done but it doesn't instill confidence. Also, there was grease on the driver's side floor mat.
