The service department was very honest and friendly. My tire had a suspicious loose flap on the side and they told me it was just cosmetic. Thanks for taking care of my lexus!

The process was respectfully tales care of, I didn't feel I was being talked down to. It was a long wait until my car was ready, but they were busy and there were plenty of amenities and a comfortable area to relax and wait.
