Al did awesome as usual. Never a problem with him. Only problem was that I needed my key fob battery changed and they didn't do it. The person who delivered my car actually forgot to give me my second key until I reminded him. Now I have to come back to get the battery changed. :(

I came to service as the parking sensors was on and also my cooling was not working . Had I known my dealer would charge me I wouldn't have gone . The estimate was 2600 and I was charged 176 to diagnose the problem . I took the car to a body shop , the guys there took 30 minutes to find the problem and their estimate is 1100 to fix the problem . I think this is outrageous and I am disappointed in Lexus , otherwise had s great experience going to the service . I will now think twice before I walk in thru those doors . Bad experience

After Gary dropped off my car loaner paperwork at the main desk I waited almost an hour to get a car. Turns out one of the women 'misplaced' my paperwork. Gary was apologetic but the people who made the mistake never said a word.
