The service price was a bit high, as with all my previous experiences with Lexus, I was always offered a discount. This was not an oil change service but a major suspension repair service.This particular service was necessary but it would of soften the impact of the cost if an offer of a discount was given. Had I not mentioned an email offer my sister forwarded to me, I would not have saved a little. I do appreciate the excellent service and updates that Lexus provides.
