I'm very happy on how Jennifer Lam handled my concerns about my truck. Although, I feel the cost of repair is a bit too much, she made feel better by the quality of service performed. I'm glad to have Jennifer as my service advisor.

I had 1 PM appointment for a simple 35,000 miles scheduled maintenance, but my car was not ready until 3:30 after I made complaint toam Wong. Longo needs to respect customer's time and manage its service flow.
Also my car was not vacuumed inside when it was delivered. However, that was quickly corrected after I made minor complain. The point is: Longo people pays a lot attention to customer's complain, but not voluntarily do it right.

Julien is a fantastic customer advocate. He was able to have Lexus replace my RX's rear fin or spoiler, not sure what it is called. While the rest of my car's finish is excellent that "fin" finish had deteriorated to a real eye sore. It made me sad every time I saw it. Well, Julien and I discussed it again as Lexus had declined to stand behind the "fin" finish several times in the past. He said "Let me try again". And so he did. A couple days later he called me with the good news that my car was going to get a new "fin". I love my car and now it looks almost new. I say almost because it is a 2005 that I have taken very good care of and it has taken very good care of me. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to superstar Julien Diaz for his outstanding commitment for customer care of Longo customers.
