Just the dirtiness of my car after getting it serviced. I had a few problems after purchasing my used car, and decided to take it in during my first complimentary service. They fixed all of the problems to the best they could, however I was REALLY disappointed in how dirty my car was after the service. When I received my car, there was a lot of rain drops on my car, after double checking with the service advisor. I was going to come after the gym, but he told me it was already ready to go. Then when I go in to sit in my car, unnoticed all of these oil and stain marks on the car from the mechanics and can tell that they sat all around my car including the back seats. It took me 15 minutes to wipe down all of the oil black marks (my car has light interior so I'm always very cognizant on stains, and did not have a stain prior to dropping off the car). Maybe if they put the plastic wraps on my seats like other times I get my car serviced, and I can probably assume they did not put the oil paper on the bottom of my floor seats too. The last straw was when I noticed that my dashboard was still dirty and covered in dust ( at least can spend a little more time and quality into the work and maybe wipe down the dashboard). I spoke to the advisor and when he went to rewash my car, I know he wiped down my dashboard, but do I really need to ask for something this simple?
This is my 3rd car with you guys and you have always done a great job on my precius cars I really really hope this does not happen again.

Very satisfied with Frank's attention. How do I pursue the gasoline cap issue? In my family, we have 3 GX 470s. One is a 2009, and two are 2007 models. All three have had warning light problems, resolved by replacing the gas cap. Is this a defect or a regular maintenance requirement?
