I told Monica I was in for the recall ok the dash and door panels and she only had the dash checked and when I went back back it was like she almost didn't want to. Like it was a little extra work to. Now they are only replacing the dash and front panels because the back panels aren't as bad but they are to me and makes no sense to have to the front and dash replaces. I've been going to longo for years without any problems. This incident makes me not want to go back to longo and I've never wanted to do that. I hope I can go back to get someone else to review the back door panels I hope longo values their guest and would want to keep my business.

I went to have my remote programmed to open and close all the windows on my car. They were able to program it to open, but not close, even though John originally said it was possible. I also had to wait 30 minutes longer than the promised time.
