There was a long wait time to be seen by service representative (quoted 10 minutes, waited over 30 minutes with appointment time). The service representative, Man Wong, was courteous. The employee delivering my car, Carlos, did not want to answer a simple question regarding my vehicle, said it would need to be answered by a technician and simply walked off. Did not offer to try to help, did not offer to ask a technician on my behalf or schedule another appointment. Extremely poor experience overall, not what I would expect from a luxury car service department and not what I have experienced in the past when having my Audi or BMW serviced at their associated service departments.

I had a five star experience with Eliseo from start to finish . I enjoyed the customer relation part mostly because he treated me like family, was very professional and sincere. His product knowledge was in line with my needs and inquires. I was completely satisfied with the service performed on my car the extra time taken to keep me up to date on the progress of service. When I returned to pick up my vehicle Eliseo was with another client and immediately I was greeted and help by a gentleman named Clem Cisneros will walked me through the rest of my experience. He also was a 5 star Lexus representive helping me and other clients with their process and never missing a beat on being attentive and making sure we all satisfied.
