While... some of the customers service working @ the Longo Lexus are not really wants to help , they tried to charge the service labor as much as they can, if the customer don't know or not understand any about the car technology.
Frank is an excellent customer service , because I knew him for a long time when he was working at the long go Toyota .

The service rep was great, very competent. The girls at the front counter were not attentive and I waited almost an hour to see a rep. Which has never happend in past services. I noticed customers that came in after I did were served before me. Also even though I have notified multiple reps that my wife has passed, you still direct your emails to her.
