Edward is one of the best service consultants at Longo and I can say this with confidence because I've worked with a handful of consultants since 2011. He is always friendly, honest and professional. He also smiles, which is important when working with people face to face no matter how the company's day is going. People aren't always the easiest to work with because of expectations and a feeling of entitlement. Also, the consultant who helped me when Edward had just stepped away for lunch was very service oriented as well. I don't recall his name, but he knows a lot about extended warranty information. - Not to mention that David Lieu did a nice wash on my truck. It was actually better than all the past complimentary washes I've received at Longo. - I'm very satiafied with the service I received.
