I usually go to Jennifer Nam and was nervous that she was not in today. But not to worry, Daniel did a great job. Explained everything and kept me informed. Also, I really enjoyed the coffee that was served to me when I arrived. My thanks to the young lady that served me. Thanks also to the valet who brought my car around. You have a great staff! All of them are friendly and courteous! Lastly, I think the automated messaging is a good addition to your service.

Probably one of my worst experiences ever. I feel like everything that was promised when you buy cars from Longo Lexus are all lies. I was told that I could get a loaner car and nope. It's not their policy. My family and I have bought many cars from longo Lexus but we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Furthermore, I think James is a horrible service advisor. He showed no emotion and seemed like a robot. If I'm gonna pay 150 bucks for an oil change, at least be a little more welcoming. Horrible experience. You will see my review on yelp and Facebook shortly.

Man Wong was a pleasure to do business with. Took care of all my needs without any problems. Although he did a good job, though, I can't say the interior and exterior detailing I paid for was as good. There were still places that had leftover reisude (guessing it was the interior leather conditioner) dried up in places like the middle compartment and mostly on the middle seat in the back. Definitely won't be getting detailing service here again.

The service is excellent but the wait continues to be long even when an appointment is scheduled. I was told the wait will be no longer than 1.5 hours. Ended up waiting close to 3 hrs.
