I had a difficult time getting ahold of Frank to speak to him about when I could pick up my car. I had a loaner and my car was in for maintenance and detailing. First call and i left a message no reply, second call and the message box was full so I could not leave a second message. I called the regular Lexus number and they finally checked to see if he was working that day. Finally I did get a call back but I had waited an hour between my two calls and I thought that was a bit long. The rest of the procedure with Frank was ok with no problem.
