I’m not happy that my rim and tire protection did not replace my rim, even though my rim is damaged! I had to go through my auto insurance to have it replace but I love that Edgar was helpful loved his service. He was awesome the rim and tire protection don’t like them they found a loophole and they took it.

I'm satisfied with Mr. Saldama's response to my questions. The only thing when I picked up my car the courtesy car wash didn't happen.i was told in the past that after the service it's automatic the car wash to be done. With the amount I paid for my new tires I deserve a little car wash.

The loan car services is a complete disaster
Although I had reserved a loan vehicle, there was only 1 CS rep who had 5 clients ahead of me. Wait time was 75 minutes and loaners being washed or gassed. When I finally got my turn, another CS rep arrived to assist. The only remaining loaner for me was an SUV hybrid
I asked for a sedan but none available. My appointment was 10am and I left at 1130
I missed my next appointment
