Our advisor, Mr. Kelly Yang did not clarify the amount to pay for the brakes after we agreed with manager that we will pay only parts plus tax. He was not there at the time we picked the car, no manager either, cashier called someone else which never said his name and call me no by my name , just did a signal with his finger for me to get close to him. We waited for him, he was busy, we had another engagement, we left late after clear the mistake that was charged. This person’s manner were very inappropriate and Mr Kelly Yang is also an unfriendly person that did not care for our problem, we have to make the request to speak with the manager. We go to Longo for the longest time since 1988 when we leased our 1 first car, today Longo/ Lexus dept is far from being a nice place to be treated in a manner that is satisfactory as we use to be accustomed, customer service has changed so much!!!! Unfortunately.

The posture of Ayala is a contrast to that of the typical experience I had on my S550 Mercedes with Penske Mercedes’. I feel that I am a customer and being dealt with in a welcoming environment that you value my patronage and so will treated with welcome feeling. Every thing thoughtfully planned and done. With my Mercedes warranty, I felt i was at the mercy of the company. I was an obligation a liability they wish not to dealt with. thinking I had to insist on getting things done to my satisfaction. I was always on my toes on what they worked on as sometimes something else happens. Example wheel alignment job. 3 times still bad. Explanation was the car or tire was designed to veer to the right so it is safer if ever to drift to the right. I looked at the Tech guy. Do I look so stupid to buy this? Went to a small but well equipped shop. Car alignment fixed for 1/3 of the cost! Sorry for long story but this is a refreshing experience.
