This was me giving this dealership another chance and my experience was far less than satisfactory. How do you give a customer a filthy dirty loaner car (complete with weed crumbles) especially while coronavirus is so prevalent. Followed by a car that was also clearly not cleaned well. Followed by unbelievably bad communication, not responding to messages and when it’s clear something is wrong and communications were being missed she not once picked up the phone to rectify the situation to communicate it over the phone. I asked for my vin and she typed it wrong, I respond saying that’s not correct and got no response whatsoever. When I brought in the car she told there was a recall they could do, she didn’t bother to explain to me what the recall was even for until I picked up the car. I didn’t even know that there would be a fee prior to the estimate until she told me sign here. Didn’t get any information about the loaner until Kane came and took over. Prior to that I learned everything from a sign in the waiting room. Top all of that off with a pricey and totally useless diagnostic fee. I only went to the dealership so I could get top notch service that included a standard of cleanliness that should be unbeaten. That isn’t what happened here. What a complete waste of my time and way to put my health at risk! I can’t believe I made the mistake of coming here, they don’t have their priorities straight at all and while I couldn’t have gotten a loaner, I could have had FAR better service and communication elsewhere without the price tag and risk to my health.
