Eliseo is the best. He’s a true asset to Mercedes. I would have switched car manufacturers if it were not for Eliseo.
I am still having the same problem I brought the car in for. It’s not Eliseo’s fault. The techs couldn’t replicate it, but it still needs to be fixed.

Price stuck by his word even though I waited awhile before I was able to come in for the detail. Unfortunately, some business came up and I was out of town for a period. I appreciate that a lot.
