noah was a pleasure to work with. and i loved the car wash - my car just sparkled.
i must comment though, on the
difficulty i had reaching anyone after i returned noah’s call confirming that
i needed a shuttle pick up. i left a message for her, waited 50 minutes for
a return call or the shuttle. i called back and could not get anyone to answer the
phone - not noah, not the general number, not service, all i got were recorded messages.
i finally sent noah an
email and she arranged an uber, but, you are in the service business and there
always should be Someone answering calls.

My service advisor was extremely hard to get a hold of. I dropped off my car and then I did not hear back from him for over 36 hours. I had to call four times to the office and leave messages with him and talk to the front desk etc. before he actually called me back. I also tried to email him after he called me to find out if the basic service I had ordered was at least done and he never responded to me and then I only found out what was done and what wasn’t done when I showed up on Saturday to pick up my car. I felt like he was too busy to handle me and he was terrible with his communications.
