Scheduled for paintless dent removal. First the service call was incorrectly scheduled for Monday, despite that the dent removal tech only stops by Tuesday’s and Thursday. After showing up Monday, was rescheduled for Tuesday. The technician was not able to remove the dent since a corner location, which was fine. However the tech did not put the panel and weather strip in the cargo hull back together after the attempt. He had just walked away from it. The service rep did not inspect before returning the car. I took a photo and put it together myself, but not what I expected from Mercedes of Marin. More attention please, schedule when rep can do the work, and inspect the car before returning it to the customer.

I don’t think that the door panel was replaced. I still have a damaged window button that was supposed to get replaced with the panel. ????? Plus I had to make a special trip from Sonoma when I had my car in 3 weeks earlier but no one noticed the panel had been there for 2 months with my name on it.

I am not satisfied with service, Mercedes Benz was completely unorganized. I arrived at my appointment early I had to wait for 20 minutes, that was not a problem. My service advisor was double booked for 7:30am so I had to stand around and wait while the other advisors who had no customers look at me. Finally someone came to help me. I explained I have already purchased my window and it should be in parts. I get a call later that day and was told my window hadn’t arrived and they will look for one and they would update me on status. Six days go by and since I haven’t heard from anyone I called for an update and then I was told I needed to wait another 3 to 5 days for the window to arrive. I had to remind them that it has been 2 weeks and my window should have arrived. Later I was told they found the window and will install it Wednesday. The next day I was called and was told the window was installed on Thursday and I could pick my car Friday. Friday I can to pick up the care and the service dept wanted to bill me for the window again. I had to explain for the third time I put shades the window on 9/19, a week prior to the appointment, and it seemed no one cared when I discussed this with a manager. On top of that the rental car I received was duty and had no windshield wiper fluid. Your motto is the best or nothing at all, but I have had better service at Toyota and Mazda then here. You will never get my business again. I will drive to Santa Rosa Mercedes.
