Eliseo is wonderful as always. I took my car in because the steering column was making a horrible noise. My husband went to pick it up because it was fixed but when Eliseo got into our car he himself heard the noise again. He was nice enough to keep our car and very apologetic for it not being fixed and let us keep the loaner car.

The engine light came on during a very inconvenient time. The dealership was very nice in offering a loaner but my choices were limited during a time when I needed my car. To find out after three days that it was a software issue was disappointing.
