When I scheduled my service I was told it was a “big” service & the estimate was $499. When I came in I was told this same “big” service would be $1300+. I only left imy car because I had already made time in my schedule & had waited. It was not thd service advisor’s fault (he was apologetic & offered an explanation) but I felt manipulated by the circumstances such that I will be looking elsewhere for service options.

Good customer service, but sloppy mechanics. Leak problem showed up after service and was only fixed after 2 attempts. However, Mark Greenblatt and Robert Kane did their utmost to het the problem fixed expeditiously and were highly professional. They were great.
We were completely happy with their service, but not with the actual car service/repair work.
The driver who brought the loaner slso turned out to act a bit rude.

Steven Drew did a good job. The only problem I experienced was that the overall time to check in and leave was too long - 35 minutes, Considering I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead, and arrived on time for my appointment at 7:30 am. Steven helped me get out faster by going to get my loaner for me, but the overall time was too long. I think your goal should be 20 minutes. Thanks.
