Well no big deal but all my phone numbers were wipe away, but I was able to transfer them back from my cell phone. I guess this happened when latest version of software was installed. Also I lost my Sirius subscription which was given to me when I leased my car. But other than that my experience Eliseo’ and alex were very good. I think your service set up is excellent. Tony’s excellent customer service is the reason I have decided to stay with Mercedes for now as I am not happy the water pump broke down on a new vehicle with only 60,000 miles. This has never happened on any other brand of vehicle I have owned in past.
