Drew was great and was able to get our car done in a few hours time. However, he said he needed to have the car for 2 to 3 days as Mercedes was so backed up. Something is wrong if this situation is occurring. Either there are not enough technicians to accomplish the service or the cars are having too many problems. Also I had to fight to get a loaner car in spite of the fact that I booked the appt over five weeks in advance. ..and was promised a loaner at that time.Again, this is not the service one was promised or should expect from a Mercedes dealer. dealership
