Thomas was very good, but Shen the recall work on the steering wheel was completed, the vehicle pulled to the left. I had to return to have the problem corrected. Apparently, when the steering wheel was replaced after the recall work, it was misaligned. Thomas was forthright about the circumstances, and I really appreciated his candor. The problem was with the service tech, with whom I had no contact. Given a choice, I would ask for Thomas as a service representative again.
