My car was in service for 6 days and the only time I got any updates was when I called 3 days in. Because I hadn’t heard from anybody again on the 6th day, I decided to call and check. Low and behold I was told that my car was ready and I could go pick it up... when was somebody going to call me and tell me that? Very disappointed with the communication. This has not been the typical customer service experience that I had come to expect from MB of Marin.

The service department, from the front desk, shuttle driver and service consultant, all top notch people, kind and happy to provide sercie! One crazy marketing question. On the dash of the shuttle car it said something like, must have your own transponder for the bridge tolls. I was contemplating taking a picture and sending it to SF Mercedes. I'm sure they would love to say, buy from SF Mercedes where we won't nickel and dime you for fair to get your car serviced. Had me wonder if the Penske franchise is broke. Just saying there is a lack of continuity, and your cost accountant might have taken this a little too far. Dont' you think! Or is a Mercedes sonomous with a Kia...

Mary was great! No problem there. But when I got the car back the seat was oddly set, the steering wheel felt dirty or greasy and the radio was on an odd channel. Obviously I expect the seat to be moved, but they could use the memory to switch it back. It’s minor but I wanted you to know. I am always pleased by your service overall.
