Great service, communication and willingness to do the job right. My only feedback is that I received my car back without a wash and it was very dirty. Since this was essentially the equivalent of taking delivery of my new car - I had it less than a day before bringing it in for service - I would have appreciated receiving it clean.
Otherwise the service was excellent.

We took the car in for a windshield repair. It was not explained to us that there would still be a chip in the windshield after the repair.
They didn’t even clean the windshield after “ repair” was done. There was stuff all around the repair area... look very sloppy. Made me wonder if perhaps I should have taken it to a windshield repair place. We took it to Mercedes because we thought you would do a better job than Safelite repair place.
It’s the first time we’ve had bad experience with you guys. Sorry, but thought you should know.
