Jordan was awesome. That said the mechanics that worked on my car were clueless. My car was in your shop for a week for routine service and to fix a problem with the air shocks.the left rear sagged. Picked the car up after a week and the right rear shock was replaced because of a leak. I noticed that the car was not fixed within 5 minutes after leaving your shop. Brought the car back and told my service rep that the left rear was not fixed. I didn't realize that the service order was written up incorrectly at this time saying I had a problem with the left front! Lesson learned read the write up. Picked the car up the next day and the left front was replaced. When the car was brought out for me to take and I was reassured that the system was balanced and all was good. It wasn't as the car was still sagging on the left rear. It was obvious that no one looked at the car. Incompetent at best. Left the car and the next day left rear was fixed. So three shocks changed probably only needed one. Thank goodness under warranty which doesn't make it better. Makes me wonder about the reman exhaust manifold that was changed the first week but under warranty. But it's not a first Rate part as far as I'm concerned and never had an engine light come on to alert me of that problem. Shady! So two grand for breaks and oil change and probably another 3-4 grand under warranty on a car that's worth 18 grand- this is a problem.
