Lousy service. Talked to Service manger name Mark. all he did is apologize . Will never go back get my car service at this dealership. No communcation from Tony the service advisor too . If I am the owner I fired everyone.????

The person who booked my Saturday appointment (earlier this week in person) must not have had access to the information that would have prevented her from booking that day for me. Saturday at your dealer is not a day to do 40k service in addition to Maint A or B without a loaner for a few days. So after assuming I would be in and out in a couple of hours, I discovered that I would need to return two weeks later (when a loaner was available) to do the rest of the work. Today's group was fine- not their fault that management did not train the weekday staff to look ahead.
