The cover over the center console area was sticking so I asked for someone to take a look. No one called in the interim and it showed up on my bill as 199 charge. Would have been nice to know. Also I had to call a couple times to find out when my car was goi g to be ready. The gal said Taylor tried to call but I never got a message. Finally, I asked for information about having wifi installed in my car and didn't get any information. Maybe because Taylor was gone when I got there. Otherwise the car is very clean and I enjoyed the loaner.
