Stellar experience on the whole. Only minor mishap was that my shuttle back to the dealership never arrived, so I took a Lyft. But I greatly appreciate the fast service and excellent communication all day from the advisor. I stay with RAB/Penske because of Mark Greenblat and before Mark, Rich Odetto. Mark is a gentleman of the highest integrity. When Mark suggests something, I can rely totally on his expertise and wise guidance. Mark always is attentive and I never feel talked down to-for a woman and her precious car, that is very important. Mark is always so congenial and approachable and I cannot say enough about him and you are very blessed to have a standout representative of your company. And I want to acknowledge your front office and in particular Debbie. She is the most courteous lady and works me in even in the most busiest times. She is another great asset! So if my review seems over-the-top, just remember: I can take my little Sunshine anywhere, but we will always stay with RAB/Penske, Mark and Debbue!
