Traci went out of her way to make our service appointment completely positive. We had concerns about the Covid virus and she assured us that every safety measure would be taken care of. She provided pick up and delivery to our home and the gentleman, George, wore a mask and was very professional and accommodating. Traci updated me throughout the day as to the mechanic’s findings and gave an estimate of costs. We had our car back as promised looking like new from the wash it was given.
