Everything was smooth and quick. Angelo is tremendous. He’s the main reason we bring our two cars from Moraga for service rather than taking them to Walnut Creek Mercedes which is way closer. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunate Steven was ill the day of my scheduled appointment, I arrived and had to wait for over 1/2 hour and no one came to take my name or whatever it was the I needed so I left and was not going to come back because of the way I was treated but I had to get some order from your parts department resented when I came back I meet with Steven and he apologized for the way I was treated

my cupholder was dislodged from the base which is my only complaint. everything else was super smooth, Anthony was awesome too. it was quick and painless. actually, 2nd complaint is that your service representatives that are responsible for giving courtesy phone calls and emails are very off-kilter. i received a call and email today saying i’m due for service and if i want to book an appointment although my appointment was yesterday. and, after i scheduled this appointment, someone named Tessa emailed me saying i’m due for service and if i’d like to book an appointment. when i asked her to confirm if i still had my appt for 11/5, she said yes and she was sorry, then emailed me AGAIN and asked if a representative had called me to schedule a service. it was just all over the place and i’m confused how a company like Mercedes-Benz has such archaic technology wherein the poor service rep didn’t even know what was going on.
