I had an amazing experience. They treated me like an adult even though I’m 20 years old. We went through a little accident with my bumper but after looking at it thoroughly they said that it just needs a paint job. Then they very nicely looked at my bumper in detail and said I agree with you this deserves a new bumper. I’m grateful to be a Mercedes-Benz owner as well as customer. I feel right at home and this is why I am a Mercedes-Benz owner and forever will be one.

The only thing that bothered me was that our console was torn apart and reurned in a thoughless state and everything that had been inside of it was dumped on the passenger seat, including screws, other parts of the console mixed up with my personal belongings. Out of respect for the car and my things, the parts should have been disposed of or kept at MB and my personal things should have been bagged. Wasn't a nice welcome to our car.
