Had to wait in my car for 30 min before being helped. A replacement of 2 tires took an additional 90+ minutes. My interaction with Steven was fine, but it shouldn't take 2+ hours to replace 2 tires. Or at least I should have been given a loaner so I didn't have to wait there.
