When you buy a luxury car, you expect extra services to be provided. I was surprised when I was informed that you don't offer car wash after services. This is the standard in any luxury brand. I get it every time I service my mercedes and my Bmw. I used to get it w my previous w Escalade but I was told not any more. Another gmc dealership once told me that no loaners for regular maintenance. I think you'll be losing potential buyers in the future.
