Jon the service agent was incredible , any question I had he answered in a professional manner . Even when I called 5 times in an afternoon he was respectful and kept me updated on my car .Also chevy had a rental ready to go when they found out my car wasn't going to be done that day .

Eric did a great job. That is where it ended. After waiting about 11 months for a head rest, you had the truck about 7 hours and had not accomplished anything. I was told the head rest needed to be installed first. It should take less than 5 minutes to install it. Your service department is really lacking customer service. I will never return unless the need is a warranty. Please call me if you would like to talk about my experience. Thank you.
